From a naturopathic point of view, almost every hair loss is reversible. The successes of holistic hair loss concepts confirm this again and again. But from what natural means does such a holistic concept exist? What means take into account all the factors that can lead to hair loss? What remedies actually work against hair loss – with a lot of positive side effects?
Here are some of the key factors that should help you to stop the hair loss.
1: Diet Change
The remedy No. 1 is the right diet. It protects against many factors at the same time: from a lack of nutrients, from acidification, from slags, from overloading the excretory and detoxification organs and thus not only from hair loss, but from health problems of various kinds.
In the case of hair loss, therefore, first eat pure basic (100% basic) for two to three weeks. After that, you go over to a surplus base diet (70-80% basic, 20-30% healthy acidifying foods).
What healthy and what rather unhealthy acidifying foods are explained here: Basic nutrition, here: Basic snacks or here: Basic breakfast
Avoid all unfavorable acid-forming food and beverages. In particular, leave aside alcohol, fast food, sugar, caffeine , white flour, meat, sausage and dairy products (especially cheese and unleavened milk products).
Instead, focus on a natural and healthy diet made with fresh ingredients. It should consist of vitally rich vegetables, high-quality fats and oils, pseudo-cereals, algae, seedlings, fruits, nuts and seeds.
Only such a diet can with their rich in nutrients and antioxidants for hair loss, to counteract the thinning of the scalp hair and against premature balding.
In addition, make sure that you have a complete protein supply, as lysine deficiency in particular can promote hair loss. Lysine is an amino acid that is particularly beneficial for hair root health and hair growth.
For example, lysine is found in grains and rice in rather small amounts. Animal proteins in excess over-eaten again turn sour. An alternative is the basic lupine protein, which provides plenty of lysine without being acid-forming.
2: Daily Brush Massages
Brush massages of the scalp with the above-mentioned special hairbrush have a tremendous effect on blood flow, remove dead skin particles and thus ensure better scalp breathability.
The result is that now the scalp and thus also the hair follicles can be supplied much better with nutrients both inside and outside. At the same time, the optimized blood circulation makes the removal of slag and metabolic residues much easier.
The sebum production of the scalp is also regulated by regular brush massages, so that both a too abundant sebum (greasy hair) and a too weak sebum production (scalp itching, dry hair) can be met. Brush your hair and scalp gently but thoroughly with the special brush in the mornings and evenings. The brush massage should take 2 to 3 minutes.
The basic hair and scalp care consists of the following components:
- Basic shampoo
- Basic hair pack
- Natural hair growth concentrates with or without silicon
- Special brush made of wild boar bristles
